Jackee Holder

Leadership coach, Coach trainer & Author

Jackee Holder is a leadership coach, coach trainer, and author of four non-fiction books, including 49 Ways to Write Yourself Well and Be Your Own Best Life Coach. She has also created illustrated writing maps and the Inner and Outer Nature Self-Discovery card deck, blending nature, eco-psychology, and self-reflection.

With a Master’s in Personal Development and Creative Writing from the University of Sussex, Jackee integrates over 20 years of expertise in executive coaching, creative writing, and Psychosynthesis Counselling. Jackee’s approach combines executive coaching, the power of writing and journal coaching, facilitating creative writing workshops and online programs for writers and professionals worldwide.

Laura Festa is a Nature-Based Mindfulness Somatic Coach. Her mission is to guide individuals on a transformative journey where the rhythms of Nature and Mindfulness evoke a deeper awareness of themselves and the present moment.

James Farrell

Environmentalist and founder of The Natural Coaching CourseTM

James Farrell is a coach and environmentalist who is all about doing good things for people and the planet.

He specializes in ’Nature Based Coaching’, working with clients outdoors to enhance their calmness, creativity, and compassion. He founded The Natural Coaching CourseTM, which trains coaches in nature-based coaching skills.

James has over 30 years of leadership experience in various organizational and consulting roles, including business and change management, operations, partnership, environment, and health. He is the Director of The Natural Coaching Company and the Founding Partner of The Human Nature Partnership, where he helps large organizations such as the NHS connect their people and places to nature.

James has lived a life full of Nature – from the remote Scottish islands to busy inner city wildlife sites. He is the author of ‘Being in Nature – 20 Practices to Help you Flourish in a Busy World’ and TEDx speaker ‘Let Nature Be Your Coach’. James is also a qualified Mental Health Coach and accredited ADHD Coach. His certifications include Professional Certified Coach, Corporate Member of the Association for Coaching, and Chartered Environmentalist.

Annabelle Charman

Coach, Researcher and Founder of Guiding Action

Annabell Charman is founder of Guiding Action and Annabelle specialises in outdoor coaching, supporting clients in deepening their connection to nature and themselves. She holds outdoor qualifications as both a Lowland Leader and a Hill and Moorland Leader.

Annabelle has a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School and an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change. Her research on outdoor coaching and significant life transitions directly informs her practice, enabling her to create an environment where clients can address and navigate personal and emotional changes with confidence and support.

Annabelle also has a corporate career in the financial services sector. She provides mentoring and coaching within her organisation and via industry networks.

Anna-Marie Watson

Founder of the Coaching Outdoors Podcast and a Nature-Connected Coach and Supervisor

Change agent, connector, coach, collaborator, and podcaster Anna-Marie combines her passion and curiosity for peak performance across her work and life. She brings over twenty-five years of international experience to craft a portfolio career. A former British Army Officer, she has worked in challenging environments from snowy Arctic tundra to hot and sandy deserts, though she currently resides within Wiltshire’s rolling countryside.

Happiest outdoors Anna-Marie loves to escape the confines of four walls and co-create coaching conversations with nature. She facilitates outdoor coaching supervision circles, co-hosts the biweekly ‘Coaching Outdoors’ podcast, co-wrote chapters in ‘The Coaches Handbook’ and ‘Succeeding as a Coach’ on eco-coaching, and is a driving force behind Coaching Outdoors Podcast LIVE @ Henley Business School.

Paul Jefferies is an Executive and Team Coach, Business Transformation Consultant, and podcaster with over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational change. His coaching style is rooted in the outdoors—offering space for creativity, reflection, and deeper exploration.

Drawing on a unique blend of expertise across executive leadership, systemic team coaching, and change management, Paul works with organizations at the individual, team, and system-wide levels to support meaningful transformation.

He holds an MBA, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and a PGCert in Team and Behavioural Change.

Seven years ago, Paul left his corporate career to found Pebble Associates, combining his twin passions: people development and being outdoors in nature.

Jonathan Passmore is a Professor of Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School and SVP EZRA Coaching. He has been coaching outdoors with clients since the early 2000s.

He has been actively writing and researching outdoor coaching for the past few years. He is currently working with colleagues on a new book ‘The Outdoor and Eco Coaches Handbook’ (Routledge), due in Spring 2026 and on several research papers exploring different aspects of the outdoor coaching experience.
